Who are we?

Vayu supplies gas and electricity to businesses all over Ireland and offers a real alternative in the Irish energy sector.

In 2003, Vayu became the first independent supplier to be awarded a gas shipping and supply license by the Commission for Energy Regulation. Since then, we have gained 28% of the large commercial and industrial gas sector.

In November 2007, Vayu was awarded an electricity licence and started to supply electricity to commercial and industrial Customers in June 2008.

Vayu is an Irish company and is backed by Glencore International AG, one of the world’s largest suppliers of a wide range of commodities and raw materials to industry.
